Chilly Paneer Recipe :-
Hello friends, you all know that Chilly Paneer is very famous Chinese dish that is very tasty & healthy because of vegetables used in it. You all like the taste of Chilly Paneer, but how many of you know its recipe. No one, no tension i am here to tell you.
It is very simple to make Chilly Paneer. Everyone whether children or even young can make it. Some
people have problem that when they make it the pieces of Paneer in Chilly Paneer remains soft & its taste becomes bad. So don't worry, i will tell you the solution & it's recipe. Just follow the steps written below & make Chilly Paneer.
- Paneer Cubes - 1 Bowl.
- Corn Starch - 2 tablespoon.
- Oil - 2 tablespoon.
- 1 Chopped Onion.
- 1 Chopped Tomato.
- 1 Chopped Capsicum.
- Chopped Cabbage - 1/2 bowl.
- Baby Corn - 1/2 bowl.
- Tomato Ketchup - 2 tablespoon.
- Chilly Sauce - 1 tablespoon.
- Soya Sauce - 1 tablespoon.
- Vinegar - 1 teaspoon.
- Salt According To Taste.
- Oregano According To Taste.
1.) Firstly coat the Paneer Cubes with Corn Starch.
2.) Then take a oil in a pan & fry the Paneer Cubes until its color changes to brown.
3.) Then take Paneer Cubes out & keep it aside.
4.) Now, take oil in a separate pan & add onion, tomato, capsicum, cabbage, baby corn to the oil.
5.) Saute all the vegetables and add vinegar, soya sauce, chilly sauce & tomato ketchup.
6.) Cook for 2 minutes. Now add the Paneer Cubes.
7.) Mix well & add salt & oregano.
8.) Cook for 2 minutes.
