Hello Friends! Today maggi is one of the most popular & most time saving breakfast that can be easily prepared at home.I think most of you know the simple method of preparing maggi at home.

I have tried a new method for preparing maggi and that is maggi punjabi tadka. Well i think none
of you know the method of preparing it.

No tension, i will tell you the method. Just follow the below written steps and  you're done :-

Ingredients :-

  • 1 packet of maggi.
  • Some amount of water.
  • 1 table spoon oil.
  • 1 finely chopped onion.
  • 1 tomato (in slices).
  • 1 finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 finely chopped carrot.
  • 1/2 bowl green peas.
  • 1 table spoon oregano.
  • 2 table spoon tomato ketchup.
  • 1 table spoon soya sauce.
  • 1 table spoon red chili sauce.
  • 1 packet maggi masala.
  •  Chopped coriander for garnishing.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • 1 table spoon vinegar. 

Method :-

1)Firstly boil the maggi for around 2 minutes.
2)Then heat the oil in a frying pan and saute all the vegetables for about 5 minutes.
3)Add all the sauces and vinegar to the vegetables and stir well.
4)Add the boiled maggi and maggi masala to the vegetables.
5)Add oregano to it and stir well.
6)Garnish it with chopped coriander.
