You might think it's difficult to prepare Sindhi Kadhi, but i ensure you

Ingredients :-

  • 2 cups chopped mixed vegetables. (like Potato, French Beans, Carrot, Cauliflower, Green Peas etc.)
  • 250 grams Curd.
  • 2 teaspoon Gram flour.
  • 2 teaspoon Ghee.
  • A pinch Asafoetida (Hing).
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek (methi).
  • 1 Tejpatta.
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger (grated).
  • 3-4 green chillies.
  • 1 teaspoon coriander chopped.
  • Salt according to taste.

    Recipe Of Sindhi Kadhi :- 

1.) Boil the vegetables in some amount of water for about 5 minutes.

2.) Take Curd in a bowl & add gram flour & 3-4 cups of water & mix well.

3.) Heat Ghee in a pan & add mustard seeds & hing.

4.) Add ginger, green chilies, bay leaves & fenugreek & roast for 4-5 minutes.

5.) Add cumin powder & red chilli powder.

6.) Now add the batter of curd & gram flour.

7.) When they come to boil mix the boiled vegetables with water.

8.) Add salt to taste.

9.) Let it boil for 5-6 minutes.

10.) Garnish it with chopped coriander.Serve hot.
