Ras Malai :-

Hello friends i think that in every function or occasions the most famous dessert that is served is Ras Malai. It is not difficult to make at all. So don't wait just note the recipe & make Ras Malai. It
tastes very good if you serve it chilled. So just take a look at the recipe.


Ingredients :-

  • 2 tablespoon paneer. (Cottage cheese)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 litre milk
  • A pinch of saffron
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed cardamom seeds
  • 1/2 cup crushed almonds
  • 2 tablespoon crushed green pistachios (pista)


Method :-


1.) Mix the paneer with sugar and little cardamom powder and spread it on a baking tray.

2.) Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until it sets. It should not get brown.

3.) Remove from oven, cool at room temperature and cut into 2 squares.

4.) Place them in a bowl.

5.) Mix the other ingredients, except the pistachios well in a separate bowl and pour over the squares.

6.) Decorate the rasmalai with pistachios

7.) Chill for 2-3 hours and then serve.
