Hey.. All of you know that at the top of the list of the Bengali desserts the top most dessert is Sandesh. It is very famous in the whole world. So i am telling you two recipes of Sandesh. The recipes of Sandesh are very simple. So just note the below written recipes.
- Cardamom Powder 1 teaspoon
- Pistachios 1/2 cup (crushed)
1.) In a large bowl, mash it with your hands until smooth and a ball is formed.
2.) Now add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well with hands.
3.) Divide the paneer into 15-20 pieces.
4.) Roll one of them between the palms of your hands and flatten it.
5.) Put one pistachio in the middle and roll into a ball.
6.) Put each one of them in the cups and garnish with crushed pistachios.
7.) Let them set for 3-4 our in the freeze, before serving.
So serve it after your meal. Now the second recipe of Sandesh is written below.
- 500 grams paneer.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon green cardamom
- 1 teaspoon saffron dissolved in 2 tablespoons warm milk
1.) Take grated Paneer in a pan.
2.) Add the sugar to the paneer and mix gently.
3.) Add the cardamom and saffron and cook the mixture on a very low flame. Keep stirring.
4.) Remove the pan from heat at regular intervals so as not to overheat the mixture.
5.) The sandesh is ready when it leaves the sides of the pan and is neither too dry nor too moist.
6.) It should have the consistency of a very soft dough.
7.) The sandesh should be put into mould soon after.
