Hello friends, as you all know, Holy festival of Diwali is near, I thought that on this auspicious festival, i shall share a very delicious & easy recipe with all of you. The recipe's name is Rava Laddoo. So it just needs a little carefulness & the following recipe to make it. So note
down the recipe of Rava Laddoo.

Ingredients :-


  • Semolina - 500 grams.
  • Ghee - 5 tablespoon.
  • Chopped Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup.
  • Raisins - 1/2 cup.
  • Milk- about 300 ml.
Method :-

1.) First heat ghee in a pan & stir fry cashew & raisins & take them out in a bowl.

2.) Now add semolina to the remaining ghee & keep stirring until semolina turns brown.

3.) Now slowly add milk & keep stirring while adding milk to prevent forming of clumps.

4.) Add milk until a thick batter is obtained.

5.) Now add the fried cashew & raisins to the batter.

6.) Now leave the batter for about 30 minutes.

7.) Take a little amount of batter in your hands & make small balls or laddoos.
