Hello friends, Jalebi is one of the most delicious desserts. If you want to make it at your home you have to wait whole night after adding yeast in it. Right? Actually yes but the reciape i am going to tell you is of Instant Jalebi. So just note the recipe of
Instant Jalebi & make it right now.
- 1 cup maida.
- 2 cups sugar.
- 2 cups ghee.
- A pinch of yellow food color.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 2 tbsp curd.
- 2 tbsp finely chopped pistachio.
1.) In a separate pan, put the sugar and water to boil for about 15 minutes to make the sugar syrup.
2.) Now, Heat ghee in a pan.
3.) Mix well the baking powder into the flour.
4.) Add the yogurt, food color in the and mix well.
5.) Add enough water to make a thick smooth batter.
6.) Fill the batter in a piping bag and insert a cut at the tip of the piping bag.
7.) Heat ghee in a shallow flat bottomed pan. The ghee should not be too hot.
8.) Pipe the batter in circles and cross the circle & repeat the process as many times as you want.
9.) Cook on a low flame till a light golden brown jalebis are formed.
10.) Remove the jalebis from the pan.
11.) Put the jalebis in warm sugar syrup and allow the jalebis to soak the syrup. This will take approx 5 minutes.
