Hello friends, this is the fourth & last part of Diwali Special Sweets, that is the recipe of Gulab Jamun. It is again a traditional dessert. They are sweet balls dipped in sugar syrup. So just note the recipe of Gulab
Jamun & make it at your home.


Ingredients :-


  • Grated Mawa - 1 kg.
  • All purpose flour (Maida) - 250 grams.
  • Cardamom powder - 2 teaspoon.
  • Sugar - 1 kg.
  • Oil - for frying.

Method :-

1.) Take grated Mawa in a bowl & add maida & form a smooth mixture & then form a dough.

2.) Now make small balls with the help of this dough.

3.) Now deep fry the balls in hot oil until their color turns dark brown.

4.) Now take 1 litre water & 1 kg sugar in a pan & heat it until it turns into thick syrup.

5.) Now add cardamom powder into the syrup & add the fried balls.
