- Paneer Cubes - 300 grams.
- Milk - 100 ml.
- Fresh Cream - 3-4 tablespoon.
- Onion - 3-4.
- Tomato - 2.
- Garlic - 8-10 cloves.
- Chopped Ginger - 1 tablespoon.
- Green Chilli - 4.
- Turmeric Powder- 2 teaspoon.
- Red chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon.
- Salt - according to your taste.
- Sugar - 2 tablespoon.
- Mango Powder (Amchur) - 1 teaspoon.
- Butter - 3-4 tablespoon.
- Orange food Color - a pinch (optional).
1.) Chop onion, tomato, garlic, ginger & green chilli & grind them together to make a thick paste.
2.) Heat 3-4 tbs butter in a pan & add the paste, also add some water in the grinder & mix in the gravy.
3.) Now add milk & fresh cream to the gravy & cook for 5 minutes.
4.) Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar, orange food colour & mango powder.
5.) In a separate pan, heat some butter & toss the paneer cubes until golden brown. Alternatively you can also fry the paneer cubes in refined oil.
6.) Once cooked, add the paneer cubes, in the gravy.
