Dessert is a thing which is liked by everyone. After a good meal is you eat a good dessert, then it is considered the best meal. So today i am sharing a very delicious recipe of Shahi dessert with all of you. The name of the recipe of this dessert is INDRANI. So just have a look on the below
recipe & try it at your home.

Ingredients :-
  • Grated Paneer - 250 grams.
  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • Sugar - 500 grams.
  • Cardamom Powder - 2 teaspoon.
  • Few strands of Saffron - soaked in 2 tablespoon milk. 
  • Chopped Almonds - 1/4 bowl.
  • Raisins - 1/4 bowl.
  • 2 Chopped Banana.
  • Tinned pineapple - as required.
  • Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 bowl.
  • 1 chopped Chiku.
  • Pistachios - as required.
  • Nutmeg powder - 1 teaspoon.

Method :-

1.) First take grated paneer in a bowl.

2.) Now add 1 tablespoon sugar & 1 teaspoon cardamom powder in paneer & mix well.

3.) Now take it in a baking tray & bake in a microwave oven for 200°C for 25-30 mins.

4.) Meanwhile take milk in a pan on medium flame & add sugar, remaining cardamom powder & let it boil for 5 mins.

5.) Now add soaked saffron, almonds, raisins, banana, pomegranate seeds, & chiku in milk & put the flame off.

6.) Take the paneer mixture out from the Oven & let it cool to room temperature.

7.) Now make small balls of the mixture & put them into the serving dish.

8.) Pour the milk above the balls & then sprinkle some pistachios & nutmeg powder.

9.) Garnish with pomegranate seeds, tinned pineapple & some saffron.

Your home-made INDRANI is ready to serve. Before serving Chill it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. So now as you also know the recipe of INDRANI just try this recipe at your home.   2. Non sense . When baked in ovan paneer mixture becomes hard and is unable to be converted into balls. Better if u use small rasgullas directly
