(Cauliflower Vegetable) :-
Hello friends, i am here with a recipe of Indian vegetable which i am sharing with all of you. The name of this yummy recipe is Gobhi Matar. It is made of Cauliflower & Green Peas and various other ingredients. So don't wait just have a look at the below written recipe & serve it to your family.
- Thick pieces of Cauliflower - 1 bowl.
- Green Peas - 1 bowl.
- Chopped Onion - 1.
- Chopped Tomato - 1.
- Chopped Potato - 1.
- Ginger & Garlic paste or finely chopped - 2 tablespoon.
- Oil - 1 tablespoon.
- Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon.
- Salt - according to your taste.
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon.
- Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon.
- Ajinomoto - a pinch.
- Fresh Cream - a bit.
1.) Heat oil in a pan & add cumin seeds.
2.) When the cumin seeds chatter add the onion, ginger & garlic paste, Tomato & potatoes.
3.) Stir fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
4.) Now add the green peas & cauliflower & mix well.
5.) If it is too dry then add some drops of water.
6.) Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & ajinomoto & mix well, cover with a lid.
7.) Cook the vegetable for 10-15 minutes.
8.) Now check the vegetable is ready & cooked properly turn the flame off.
9.) Serve in the serving dish & garnish with fresh cream, chopped coriander.
