Sprout Cutlet :-

Today, i am going to share a very delicious as well as healthy recipe. It is the recipe of Sprout Cutlet. It is made of various sprouts & several other ingredients. It is not less in taste then any other kebab or cutlet. So just note the recipe of Sprout cutlet & make it at home.

Ingredients :-

  • Boiled sprouted White peas - 1/2  bowl.
  • Boiled Sprouted Brown peas - 1/2 bowl.
  • Boiled sprouted Green peas - 1/2 bowl.
  • Chopped Coriander - 1/4 bowl.
  • Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
  • Salt - according to your taste.
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Oil - to shallow fry.

Method :-

1.) Take chopped coriander, all the sprouts in a bowl & mix well & mash with a masher.

2.) Now add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala & cumin powder & mix well.

3.) Make medium size cutlets or kebabs in any shape.

4.) Now take rice flour in a plate & coat the cutlets with the rice flour.

5.) Now heat some oil in a pan & shallow fry the cutlets till golden brown.
