Crispy Corns :-

Hi friends, today i am sharing a Chinese recipe with all of you. You might have eaten the normal corn in rainy season & also eaten American corn. You always have to eat it in the normal way. By boiling it & adding spices to it. But now i am sharing a recipe of Crispy American corns. So just take a look at the recipe & make it at
home.

Ingredients :-

  • American corn 1 cup.
  • Gram flour 2tbsp.
  • Corn flour 2 tsp.
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp.
  • Salt according to taste.
For tossing :-
  • Chopped onion 1.
  • Green chillies chopped - 1.
  • Tomato chopped - 1.
  • Chopped Spring Onion - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt according to taste.
  • Sugar 1\4tsp.
  • Ajinomoto 1\2 tsp.
  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon.
  • Coriander leaves chopped for Garnishing.
Method :-

1.) Take a bowl & mix corn, gram flour, corn flour, salt & red chilli powder & mix well.

2.) Now fry the corns in hot oil until the corns becomes crispy.

3.) Now take 1-2 tbsp. oil in a pan & add onion, tomato, spring onion & green chillies & fry for about a minute.

4.) Then mix the fried corns to the pan & add salt, sugar, ajinomoto & mix well.

5.) Now mix the tomato ketchup & cook for about a minute.

6.) Finally add the lemon juice & chopped coriander & cook for about 30 seconds.

Now your Crispy Corns are ready to eat. Serve it with tomato ketchup. So now, as you also know the recipe of crispy corns just go to your kitchen  & make the Chinese crispy corns at your home.
