Cold Coffee
Hello Friends... After a long time, i'm back with a sizzling recipe. In this season of Red Summer, all we need after getting home after a day full of work, or coming home from market is a CHILLED COLD COFFEE... that not only gives us relief.... but also provides us with a good amount of energy which recharges our body for another session of work.... So today i'm sharing this recipe of Cold Coffe with you so that you all can also make it in your kitchen.

Ingredients :-

  • Milk - 2 cups.
  • Hot water - ½ cups.
  • Coffee Powder - 1 teaspoon full.
  • Sugar - As per your taste. ( I used 1½ tbsp.)
  • Ice Cubes - 7-8.
  • Cocoa Powder - For Garnishing.

Optional :-

  • Cardamom Powder- 1 teaspoon (for flavor.)

Method :-

1.) First of all take water in a grinder jar.

2.) Then add sugar and coffee powder to the jar.

3.) Mix them well, until the sugar gets dissolved in water.

4.) Now add ice cubes and milk and again mix them well in the grinder.

5.) This will cause the milk to make a layer of froth at the top.

6.) Empty the cold coffee from the jar into a serving glass.

7.) Garnish with cocoa powder the way you want it.

Here, this recipe gets completed. Now some extra tips, you can also add cardamom powder while adding milk for that extra flavor and aroma. Serve it chilled and have fun. Happy summers.

NOTE - If you don't want to add more water by adding ice cubes, you can also use milk ice cubes.
